To make great work, and to make a great place to work. We strive to create a company culture in which the daily process is as rewarding as the result. We are interested in developing long-term relationships with dancers and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
Stylistic and technical requirements:
The “contemporary” in our name denotes the fact that we perform a large number of new ballets; but those works are based on the classical tradition, so we seek dancers with exemplary classical skills. Balanchine training provides an excellent background for the work we do.
