Ruth Eliel is the former Executive Director of the Colburn Foundation. She was the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra for ten years and prior to that was the Managing Director of the Lewitzky Dance Company. Before working with the Lewitzky troupe, Ruth was a management consultant with both Deloitte & Touche and McKinsey & Company. She was also an independent consultant for the World Bank, drawing on her nine years as a commercial banker in New York and Hong Kong. She serves on the Board of Councilors of the USC Thornton School of Music and on the Advisory Council of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and was a founding member of the board of Arts for LA.
Neel Master is a co-founder of Aspiration Asset Managers (AAM). He is a co-founder of ACA, which makes growth and early-stage investments in technology companies. Prior to AAM he was VP of Corporate Strategy at Petra Solar. His investment career includes TL Ventures, ITU Ventures, and Smart Technology Ventures. Previously he founded startups in the software, optics, and energy sectors. He spent five years as a researcher at MIT’s AI and LCS focusing on large-scale computer vision and machine learning systems. Neel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Anne Grausam is Co-chair of the Dance Council at The Colburn School and a member of the emeritus board of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. Her professional positions have included service as the Public Affairs Officer of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, Director of Development at The Buckley School, Executive Director of the Valley Presbyterian Hospital Foundation, and Development Consultant at The Colburn School. She has served on the boards of directors of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Musica Angelica, and Campbell Hall School, and as a member of the vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. Anne has held various volunteer fundraising positions at Marlborough and Harvard-Westlake Schools and Northwestern and Harvard/Radcliffe Universities. She is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Richard has conducted research on effective and ineffective leadership, the relationship of culture and leadership, attracting and retaining talent, and successful organizational change. His clients include Twitter, Dropbox, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, HP, Chevron, Clorox, Wells Fargo, and Blue Shield of California, among others.
David Scheidemantle is President and Managing Partner of Scheidemantle Law Group P.C. David previously was an equity partner of the international law firm Proskauer Rose LLP. He was Chair of the Boards of Directors of Los Angeles Children's Chorus and Friends of the Levitt Pavilion and currently is on the Board of Directors of Los Angeles Master Chorale, and the Board of Trustees of Scripps College. David graduated cum laude from Fordham University Law School and received his undergraduate degree from The Juilliard School, where he was Concertmaster of the Juilliard Symphony and the Juilliard Philharmonia.
